Description (Service) Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and their caregivers with a mission to provide meaningful support that helps people live well with dementia

Support Groups for caregivers and persons living with dementia

Drop In's: For caregivers and persons living with dementia to get together in a social recreation setting

Minds in Motion: A physical activity and brain stimulation program for individuals with early to mid stage dementia and their care partners

Company of Good Cheer: brings caregivers, people with dementia, friends and others for dinner, support and R&R

Other services include:
  • support counselling
  • educational information, sharing and discussions about Alzheimer disease issues
  • educational services for public and service providers
  • presentations to community groups
  • in-service training
  • public and secondary school education program
  • music iPod program
