| Description (Service) | Camp for Ontarians on kidney dialysis and their families * on site medical centre with nursing staff and a dialysis unit to provide guests in renal failure with their dialysis three times a week Camp has cottages, efficiency units, and camping spaces available * each cottage has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a four piece bathroom, a kitchen and a large deck * guests must bring their own bedding, towels and food for the week * camp community centre features an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, library, TV with DVD & VCR, craft room and banquet hall Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, baseball diamonds, playgrounds, canoes, paddle boats, fishing, and other outdoor activities. |

| Eligibility | Individuals on dialysis and family members. The summer schedule allocates a different week to guests from specific regions of Ontario. The Camp has established admission criteria. A nephrologist must review each medical history and decide if their clients meet these criteria. |

| Fees | Program ; Prices are for immediate family for a one week stay. Spouses, mothers, fathers, dependent children, and primary caregivers are all considered immediate family. Clients unable to cover the cost of accommodation can approach their Renal Social Worker to obtain assistance through The Kidney Foundation Patient Assistance Program. |
