Description (Service) | 24 hour Personal Medical Alarm which allows seniors and individuals requiring medical assistance or additional security to call for assistance using a help button Offers an emergency response button that can be worn on the wrist or neck; also waterproof so it can be worn in the bath or shower. Fall Detection also available Provides contact with staff when button is activated Assesses whether individual needs professional help, friends or family and sends the appropriate help * Offers two-way voice communication with Emergency Operators without having to be near a telephone Installation may be completed by a technician who comes to the home, sets up the system and demonstrates its use * Simple to self-install and test yourself Bilingual dispatchers are available at all times Veterans Affairs approved vendor |
