• career planning,

• employment counselling

• diagnostic services

• job search skills

• job finding clubs

• job placement services

• developing an employment action plan

• referral to appropriate interventions

• assessments for disability-related accommodations

• participant case management and follow-up

• Persons with disabilities who are unemployed are working less than 20 hours per week and seeking full-time employment
• individuals who have a disability and looking for increased employment because they are unable to work fulltime
• individuals who have received notice of imminent lay-off or have left current job due to medical reasons

• Some providers may require a referral before a visit
