| Description (Service) | COVID19 Temporarily closed to walk-in clients. * Phone support for clients will continue during regular hours. Call 1-905-377-7784 for walk-in support. Your call will be returned by walk-in staff by the end of the business day. * Individuals in crisis can call Four County Crisis at 1-705-745-6484 or 1-866-995-9933 Walk-in mental health counselling clinic. * Individuals seen on a first-come, first-served basis * Clients receive same day appointment with a therapist * Crisis and/or hospital support, or additional referrals coordinated * NHH will establish contact for individuals requiring same-day appointment with Northumberland Community Counselling * In the event that need exceeds available staff, individuals will be asked to return on the next day of service for assistance * There is no limit to the number of times an individual may access the clinic * NHH will continue to offer long-term counselling and group support, and previously established services will also continue unchanged at NCCC |
