Description (Service) | COVID19 No community lunch or Community Kitchen program at this time. The Abundance Project is a community based organization focused on promoting healthy eating, sustainable growing practices and food preparation skills. * Community lunch - Monthly free lunch for anyone in the community. Volunteers prepare a variety of healthy and nutritious hot and cold dishes for Warkworth residents. A speaker from regional social service agencies makes a short presentation and is available for questions. * Community Kitchen program - Monthly free opportunity for community members to learn new kitchen skills, share food preparation tips and techniques. All prepared meals are divided among participants to be taken home and shared with family and friends. |
