Description

Description (Service) Counselling Services provides strength based short-term individual counselling and group counselling to women who have experienced family violence.
  • Groups to help women explore the impact of abuse on themselves and their children, increase personal safety, build self-esteem, reduce isolation, and strengthen the skills needed to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Services available to support children and youth impacted by family violence as well as youth who have experienced abusive dating relationships

Hours Resource Center: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Northumberland County
Eligibility Adult individuals identifying as women who have experienced family violence.

Languages English; Other - Interpretation is provided through MCIS Non-Profit Language Services.
