|Description (Service)||Website for residents of Northumberland County to assist with the best way to get in touch with their family doctor, and for those without a family doctor to get the care they need during COVID-19 pandemic.
* Most family doctors are working virtually: talking with their patients over the phone or through video conference.
* Several local doctors will also be available during specific times to consult individuals who do not have a family doctor, serving as a virtual walk-in clinic.
* A collaboration between the family doctors of Brighton, Campbellford, Cobourg, Colborne, Hastings, Port Hope, and Warkworth, Ontario Health Team - Northumberland, Northumberland Hills Hospital, and the Port Hope Walk In Clinic.
