Exemptions: Children chronologically or developmentally under the age of 5 that refuse to wear a face covering, those who cannot independently remove their mask and anyone that cannot wear a mask due to medical or religious reasons. ; Windows must be kept open ; Only use public transit if necessary Regular service Cobourg Rides - New on-demand transit service offers demand-based, public transit service available to all residents and visitors.
