Description (Service) | A resource and telephone support line for individuals and organizations with concerns about the negative ramifications associated with a criminal record and how to overcome them * assists individuals who may be unemployed, have immigration problems, are young offenders or intellectually challenged, who have continued to experience obstacles in their lives because of a past criminal record * offers individuals direct counselling about the removal of criminal records, legal information, referrals, and reference letters for immediate assistance with employment and citizenship matters. For interested organizations, informative presentations are available (about 1 hour) to counsellors and staff who want to be able to provide better assistance to those they help. |
