| Description (Service) | Former residents of the HRC (Huronia Regional Centre) or their families who want to access their personal resident files can obtain them from the Ministry of Community and Social Services at no cost. The Ministry of Community and Social Services will work with former residents and their families or appointed guardians to complete a brief form which will ensure the confidential information in their resident file is properly forwarded. |
