Regional Kidney Care Program located at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital

Kidney Care Clinic

Pre-dialysis clinics and education sessions
Helps patients and families choose the best treatment when time comes to start dialysis

Home Dialysis Unit

Teaches patients and families how to manage their Peritoneal Dialysis and home hemodialysis treatment at home
Offers follow-up for patients once they go home to ensure they are able to manage their treatment at home

Hemodialysis Unit

Offers hemodialysis at the in-centre hemodialysis unit at OSMH and 5 satellite units across Simcoe Muskoka including:
Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston
Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie
Collingwood General and Marine Hospital
Muskoka Algonquin Health Centre in Huntsville
Georgian Bay General Hospital in Penetanguishene

Hours	Hemodialysis Mon-Sat 7 am-11 pm Home Dialysis Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Acute Hemodialysis Available Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served	Blue Mountains ; Flesherton ; Meaford ; Muskoka District ; Osprey ; Simcoe County
Boundaries	South to Barrie, north to Magnetawan, east to Haliburton, and west to Meaford
Eligibility	People who need kidney care Residency Requirements: South to Alliston, north to Huntsville, east to Haliburton, and west to Collingwood.
