|Description (Service)||This group is for patients who are looking to become more assertive when interacting with others. Assertiveness is a healthy communication style where individuals express their feelings and needs in a way that also respects others. The goal of this group is to help people become comfortable in expressing their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in an honest and respectful way.
The group runs for 4 consecutive weeks, each meeting is 2 hours long and are run by a Registered Social Worker.
