Description

Description (Service) Offering an educational group for adults who wish to develop and maintain optimal health and well-being. Participants will learn about: how the mind, brain, and body work together; how to use the mind to change the brain; and the advantages of mindfulness in everyday life. There will be opportunities to practice guided meditation to develop habits of positive change and wellness.

Topics covered in the group will include:

  • Cultivating Resilience
  • Seeds of Change
  • Self Care in Action
  • The Dance of Relationships
  • Staying Well

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Orillia ; Oro-Medonte ; Rama ; Ramara ; Severn
Eligibility Adults who are patients of the Couching Family Health Team or the Orillia Family Health Organization Physicians
Application Patients may self refer, or may be referred to this group by their physician or another Health Professional.
