Description
Description (Service) | The Light Library is a program offering the trial use of treatment lamps to patients. Bright Light boxes are available on loan for a two-week period to allow people to test their effectiveness. Patients who experience improvement over the trial period may choose to purchase their own light. |

Eligibility | This workshop is open to all patients of the Couching Family Health Team and the Orillia Family Health Organization Physicians
There are no absolute contraindications to light therapy. However, if you have an eye or medical condition that makes your eyes vulnerable to light damage (glaucoma, cataracts, retinal detachment, retinopathy, diabetes, lupus) or take medications that react with sunlight, please consult with your doctor before beginning bright light therapy. |
