Provides free legal help to low-income people who have been:

having problems at work
fired
denied Employment Insurance
discriminated against because of disability, sex (including pregnancy), race, age, etc.
injured at work

This can include advice and representation before the following bodies:

Small Claims Court
Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
Social Security Tribunal
Ontario Labour Relations Board
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal
