| Application | Apply in person to register at the food bank during regular hours of operation. Or call the Food Bank to register Valid identification document required (Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, Social Assistance Forms or another other government issued I.D.) Registration starts after Thanksgiving up to December 15th or once 450 hampers have been signed up for. After registration deadline call for availability |
