Description (Service) | Under the jurisdiction of the Chief Building Official and is responsible for the enforcement of municipal by-laws. Officers will investigate and respond to complaints received from the public. The municipality seeks compliance and will proceed with legal action, if required, to gain compliance. Officers are responsible for the enforcement of the Township's By-laws, proactively and through the investigation of complaints. This includes dog tag and noxious weed by-laws. |
