Description (Service)

For those who need the assistance of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, the O.W.L.S. bus travels within city limits and to Orillia Square Mall.

The bus is unable to pull into private driveways.
If personal care or assistance required, please arrange for an attendant or companion - attendants do not have to pay a fare.
Children under 13 who ride without an attendant must be met by an adult at their destination.
Each O.W.L.S. member is entitled to four round trips, or eight one-way trips per month.

Hours	Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm OWLS Regular Service: Mon-Fri 6:30 am-10:30 pm (last booking at 10 pm), Sat 9 am-8 pm (last booking at 7:30 pm), Sun 9 am-4:30 pm (last booking at 3:30 pm) Call to book during regular office hours with one day notice. No holiday service.

Eligibility	No restrictions 13 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult or have an adult meet them at the destination
Application	Ridership application form required - on website (print out and mail to City of Orillia) or pick up at City Hall. After-hours trips are available on weekend 8 pm-10 pm, Sun 4:30 pm-9 pm with 24 hours notice All trips are pre-booked by calling for a booking and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are urged to book at least 24 hours in advance. Repeat trips may be booked for periods of up to one month.
