Inpatient and outpatient diabetes education delivered by a team of health professionals

Individual session or teaching modules in a group setting
All diabetes types (type 1 and 2, gestational and pre-diabetes)
Classes also offered specifically for those with pre-diabetes.

Additional Services:

Specialized insulin pump program (education)
Multidisciplinary team education also available upon referral from a physician
