Festival of Banners (The). Orillia

Description (Service) Each year the Festival produces over 100 banners that will be designed and painted by the citizens of Orillia and area. These banners will fly on Downtown street lamps from May to October. The banners will be auctioned off at the Festival of Banners Gala in late fall at the Orillia Museum of Art and History. Artist have a chance to buy their works first and the rest of the banners will be auctioned off.

Eligibility Ages: 8 year(s) and up 
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for the banner painting and assist as necessary to see that the banner is completed.
Application Application forms are available at The Orillia Museum of Art & History at 30 Peter Street South, Orillia.
