| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Building is under strict guidelines as prescribed by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. Daily tracing log book at front entrance of all/any visitors/community services/ healthcare personnel to building. Masks are mandated to be worn in all common areas of building and abide with six feet distancing ie elevator, laundry room facilities. Common dining room has been closed off completely; operations will resume when safe to do so for our tenant/staff population. At this time meals are delivered by Food Service Staff two times per day to unit doors to tenants. Regular Service Private bachelor senior apartments. Tenants must be able to live independently. Mandatory meal program two home cooked meals per day. Bachelor units include:

They are receiving a very high volume of telephone enquiries given the shortage of housing and currently have no vacancies. Eligible applicants are being placed on a waiting list for consideration. |
