Description (Service) | COVID19 Open for counselling and supports by phone. Call office for information. Provides young people with developmental disabilities who are transitioning out of high school, the opportunity to develop leadership, literacy and numeracy skills as well as recreational, leisure and social opportunities. Short term respite services are also available. Program is offered throughout Perth County |
