| Description (Service) | The Respite Program provides periodic, short-term breaks for caregivers of children and adults in Perth County who have autism, a developmental disability and/or physical disability. Respite Coordinators support caregivers to explore respite support options through Family Services Perth-Huron and the broader community. The Rotary Respite House, a joint venture between the Rotary Club of Stratford and Family Services Perth-Huron, is a short-term respite program in a barrier-free home-like setting in Stratford. Daytime and overnight respite is provided to eligible families in Perth County who have children with a developmental and/or physical disability. For more information, please visit Website here. |

| Hours | Rotary Respite House - Weekends and school holidays, program hours are flexible. Office hours - Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4:30pm. |
