Offers exercise & falls prevention classes for older adults.
The following free classes are being offered in Mitchell and Dublin:
* Group Exercise Level 3 (Forever Young) class at Upper Thames Missionary Church, Mitchell
* Group Exercise Level 3 (Forever Young) class at St. Patrick's Church, Dublin
* Group Exercise Level 2 - (Gentle) exercise class at Ritz Manor Apartment Lounge, Mitchell

* Group exercise Level 3 Tue 10 am-11 am
