Can renew drivers license, change address on drivers license and vehicle permit, reinstate drivers license, pay defaulted driver fines, renew license plate stickers, order a personalized license plate, order license plate with graphic, renew or replace accessible parking permit, order driver records, order used vehicle information package, order a vehicle record and order the most recent owner abstract (uncertified), online Health -- Ontario health card registration, renewal, replacement (lost, stolen or damaged) and change of name or address. organ and tissue donor registration. Can renew health card, change address on health card and register to be an organ and tissue donor online Photo Identification -- Ontario Photo Card provision, renewal or replacement. Can renew online Authentication of Documents - Commissioner of Oaths Fish and Wildlife - fishing and hunting licenses, outdoors cards . All licenses can now be processed online HERE. Outdoors Card Centre 1-800-387-7011 Forms and Official Documents -- birth, marriage and death certificates and registration searches can be found here. Forms are not submitted at this office, but can be done online or through the mail. A commissioner of oaths is always on staff Business Registrations -- basic business registration can be completed using the public access computer, though this can also be done online at home. Business Info Line 1-888-745-8888 Employment -- filing of claims under Employment Standards Act, and Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act (Live-in Caregivers and Others). Claims are not processed at this office, simply filed. Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board Applications can be found and filed at this locations, but are sent away for processing. Address changes can be completed for driver's license, vehicle permits, health cards, and Ontario photo cards. This can also be done online HERE |
