Description (Service) | If you have received a Provincial Offence Notice (traffic ticket), you have three options: Option 1: Plea of Guilty - Voluntary Payment of Total Payable (See "Application") Option 2: Early Resolution - Meet with the Prosecutor (By choosing this option, you do not forego the right to a trial. Our office must receive your request for a meeting, by checking your option. If you live more than 75 km from the courthouse, you can request a meeting with the prosecutor by telephone. You can deliver your request for a meeting with the prosecutor to our office:
