Open to all - one pick up per month. Mental Health and Wellness Workshop - Thu, Oct 26, 2023, 7 pm-9 pm at the Avondale Church. Catherine Hardman, CEO, CMHA Huron Perth and Dana Bozzato, CEO, Huron Perth Centre for Children and Youth will speak to mental health and wellnes - what is it, how to support your own and your family's mental health and wellness, mental health and sustance abuse in teenagers, and how and where to get help. Admission is free. |
