Registered charity making Taoist Tai Chi® arts available to promote health and well-being for people of all ages. Volunteer leaders are trained and accredited by the organization.
Taoist Tai Chi® arts offered by the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism are available in Stratford, New Hamburg and  Bayfield.
All are welcome.
