| Description (Service) | COVID19 - continuing to support the most vulnerable community members impacted by dementia through regular support telephone calls and email for those who have email. Suspended face-to-face meetings including home and office visits. Reaching out to the community by initiating support calls and monitoring office telephones daily. If emotional support is required as a result of living with or caring for someone with dementia to contact the Alzheimer Society of Perth County at 519-271-1910 or email at info@alzheimerperthcounty.com. Vulnerable person registry. Self-registration, completely voluntary. Registry promotes communication between vulnerable persons, the people who support them and the police. The information will assist officers responding to an emergency involving a vulnerable person. Alzheimer's Society of Perth County does annual updates and can answer questions |
