volunteer transportation or Lifelab services Community Outreach provides a range of supportive services enabling older adults and people with disabilities to age at home and enjoy a good quality of life. Programs and activities include: Meals on Wheels (hot & frozen), Dining Programs, Personal Alarm System (Lifeline), Group Fitness Classes for Falls Prevention, Wellness Programs, Foot Care Clinics, Transportation Service, Friendly Visiting, Telephone Reassurance, Home maintenance and repair referral service Wellness programs include: Indoor Walking Club, Urban Poles, Group Fitness classes, LifeLabs Clinics, Hearing Screening, Diabetic Screening, Posture, Breathing and Balance Classes (YOGA), Blood Pressure Clinics |
