Description (Service) | Shelterlink supports youth aged 16-24 experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, through prevention, advocacy, shelter and community connection services. |
Service Details
Public Comments | Operates using a Housing First approach to provide emergency shelter, outreach and support services to homeless and at-risk youth across Perth County. Youth are provided with basic needs, community referrals, housing and job search assistance. Staff support available 24/7 to help them move forward and into a successful independent living situation. |
Hours | Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm. Emergency services: Mon-Sun 24 hours. |
