Social and recreational programs and a variety of outreach programs are provided Independent Living at Ritz Manor Apartments & Thames River Place available to seniors 55+. Ritz Manor Apartments - 25 apartments available (18x1 bedroom, 7x2 bedroom), monthly rental includes utilities, phone, internet and cable responsibility of the tenant. Occupants responsible for all utilities and property taxes. A monthly maintenance fee is assessed to cover exterior maintenance of the units, this fee is reviewed annually.
