Description
Description (Service) | Network of volunteers and professionals supporting individuals and families faced with life threatening illness, death and bereavement. Hospice services include visiting volunteer support which includes emotional, physical and spiritual support in the home, hospital or nursing home, bereavement support for children and adults individually or in a group setting, and they liaise with other support agencies to advocate for patient care.
