| Description (Service) | Community-based Alternative Secondary Education (CASE) provides a culturally responsive option that addresses the needs of families who have not traditionally participated in mainstream secondary education and for whom independent online learning may not be appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, students from Low German and conservative Mennonite families, as well as those from home school and private faith-based school backgrounds. Program staff will provide a wide variety of face-to-face, classroom-focused courses offered at one location with support for diverse learning needs. CASE was developed with the input of stakeholders from communities served by the program. |
