Crossing Bridges is a confidential, virtual safe space for young people aged 12-24 to:

1. Connect virtually with an Addictions Counsellor (via phone or Zoom with camera on or off)
2. Get information about substance use and behavioural addiction
3. Find substance use and addiction services and supports

Crossing Bridges provides support with both substance use addiction and behavioural addiction (e.g. gambling, gaming, sex, Internet or social media use, etc.). Counselling for young people aged 12-24 can address concerns about their substance use/addiction or the substance use/addiction of a loved one.

Crossing Bridges also provides one-time, 30 minute counselling session to parents/caregivers concerned about the addiction or substance use of a youth in their lives.

All services offered through Crossing Bridges, including addictions counselling, are free.

Crossing Bridges is a self-referral service, although community partners are welcome to reach out with questions/concerns.
