Description

Description (Service) Civic Youth Engagement Project is a process for youth to engage with local municipal councils regarding issues or concerns they are facing. Youth take on conversations with their peers - conversations by youth for youth - with coaching assistance from OMAFRA and a local municipal representative youth go to their local council as a delegation to give a voice to these concerns or issues. The project is designed to engage youth in a meaningful way with the local municipal government.
