The Huron-Perth Centre is the Lead Agency for child and youth mental health service planning and service delivery. An accredited community-based children's mental health centre that provides timely access to assessment and treatment services for a wide range of mental health concerns for children and youth up to 18th birthday. Within Ministry of Health core servicesare offered individual, group and family counselling; brief intervention; counselling and therapy; targeted prevention; intensive services. Offer parent and caregiver information and support as well as consultation services for professionals. Provide parent and caregiver information as well as Circle of Security parenting programs. Other services funded by MCCSS include Youth Justice and Counselling for women who have been victims of abuse - Renascence program (serving Huron county).
