Description (Service) | Red Cross Personal Disaster Responders provide basic needs for the first 72 hours after a disaster, including food, clothing, shelter, personal services, emotional support and family reunification Red Cross offers * specific services based on community needs and the role of the Red Cross in the local disaster response plan * works with governments and other humanitarian organizations Canadian Red Cross also offers local safety training, violence and abuse prevention and education, and international disaster relief.
