Home delivery meal program for older adults or adults of any age recovering from illness or surgery. Nutritious meals delivered by friendly volunteers. Hot Meals and Frozen Meals available - special diets are available. Frozen meal: clients choose from a menu, individual meals or frozen meal packages available. Special diets are available. Soups, desserts & entree's. 'Welcome Home Program" Gift Cards available |
