Includes a variety of activities to promote health, fitness and safety, including:

fitness testing, hearing clinics,
foot care clinics, appointment required, call Community Outreach Services or see separate entry for details
Lifelabs Clinic: local laboratory clinics offered in partnership to serve the communities needs - appointments are required. Mondays 7am-10am.

Blood Pressure Clinic - free blood pressure clinics held at:

Milverton Mini Mart- 3rd Thursday of each month 9am-11am
Milverton Place - 3rd Monday- 9:15am

Overall personal wellness activities - In home exercises, group exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and people with mobility issues to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls. Classes run by trained volunteers periodically overseen by a regulated health care provider held at multiple community locations:

Indoor walking club - Perth East Recreational Complex, Mon-Fri from 9-11am
Breath, Balance and Posture classes (YOGA) for older adults and for adults with disabilities - schedules available upon request
Seasonal Classes: Urban Poling, Biking, Zumba and Outdoor fitness classes

Group fitness classes of varying levels and types held at various locations (schedules available upon request):

Poole Mennonite Church (Poole)
St. Peters Lutheran Church (Milverton)
Milverton Place (Milverton)
