| Description (Service) | Trained and screened volunteers offer companionship, respite care and emotional support to individuals and their family/care partners dealing with life-threatening illness. Services can be provided in private individual homes and Long-term care and Retirement Homes in Perth-East and West Perth areas primarily Bereavement Supports includes access to monthly online support groups focusing on issues related to complicated grief and referral to appropriate services. |
