| Description (Service) | LOFY is currently open, but visitors will continue to be screened prior to entry. Supervised transitional hostel for male and female youth 16 - 24 years of age. Can stay for up to one year. Have private rooms, shared washrooms, kitchen facilities, laundry facilities and lounge area. Youth are provided with life skills training, guidance and support in a safe, violence and substance free living environment. Youth social workers are available 24 hours a day to assist with independent living skills. Youth living at L.O.F.Y. must be drug and alcohol-free (policy is strictly enforced) |
