Description (Service) Offers self defence training for girls 10 years + and women of all ages and abilities.
  • Offers physical and verbal self defence techniques. 
  • Work to increase personal awareness and confidence to promote avoidance and action.  
  • Workshops available ranging from 1 - 3 hours. One and two day courses available. Workshops and courses teach skills accessible to all fitness and ability levels.
