| Description (Service) | COVID19 While the office is temporarily closed to the public, individual treatment is provided via video. SNAP program will be on hold until in-person services can be resumed. Accredited children's mental health agency provides a range of free and confidential services to children and youth who have emotional, social and behavioural problems. Also offers support to families and caregivers. Multidisciplinary team includes social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, child and youth workers and nursing staff. Presenting concerns include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, behaviour problems at home and school, extreme mood swings, aggressive and/or oppositional behaviour, destruction of property, cruelty to animals and fire setting. Treatment services, early intervention and outreach programs: * individual and family counselling * intensive in-home services * day treatment * residential care * psychiatric and psychological clinical consultation services * Triple P parent education programs STRIVE is a day program for teens * see separate listing for details Also operates a Supervised Access visiting service for high conflict separation and divorce situations * see separate listing for details |
