Strengthens Indigenous communities capacity to reduce the impact of diabetes by offering:
  • Diabetic Foot Care - provides Foot care clinics, foot care subsidy program and group training on foot care for organizations.
  • Diabetes Wellness Program - provides awareness from an Indigenous perspective along with information sessions, presentations, resources and workshops to communities.
