Visit PFHT Programs and Services Supports family doctors who work within five Family Health Organizations. Patients of those family doctors are able to attend programs and services and receive care from Peterborough Family Health Team's allied health professionals. Allied health professionals include: * mental health clinicians * nurse practitioners * pharmacists * physician assistants * registered dietitians * registered nurses Virtual Care Clinic available for area residents without a family Doctor. |
