Description (Service) Member of Federal Parliament and member of the Liberal Caucus
  • office assists constituents with issues and problems related to federal programs, departments and services, Indigenous affairs, tax inquiries  
  • Forms include: CPP forms, citizenship forms, Employment Insurance, passport applications.  
  • No postage is required when mailing a letter to any Member of Parliament as long as it is a regular sized envelope * mark MP clearly on the envelope
Congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays (starting from the milestones below and at intervals of five years thereafter) can be sent from:
  • MP or the Prime Minister (65th birthday, 25th anniversary)  
  • the Governor General (90th birthday, 50th anniversary)  
  • the Queen (100th birthday, 60th anniversary) 
  • Allow minimum of eight weeks for messages and allow 6 months for messages from Queen

Hours COVID19 Mon-Thu 10 am-2 pm. Constituency services temporarily cancelled. 
Peterborough Office Mon-Wed 9 am-5 pm, Thu 9 am-7 pm, Fri 9 am-3 pm 
Constituency services are also available once a month on a rotating basis 9:30 am-1 pm:

  • Trent Lakes (Buckhorn Community Centre) second Tue of the month 
  • Selwyn (Scout Ship in Lakefield) second Thu of the month 
  • Curve Lake (Health Centre) third Tue of the month 
  • North Kawartha (Apsley Public Library) third Thu of the month 
  • Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (Havelock Township office) fourth Wed of the month
