A community-based research and education program that connects community with Trent University to conduct community-based research.

  • In community-based research, the questions come from the community and, using credible research methods, community members, researchers, faculty and students work collaboratively to find the answers.
  • Research engages communities and their citizens in the creation, design, implementation and use of research to meet their needs.
  • Students gain academic credit and on-the-job experience through supervised research projects for local organizations.
