Description (Service)

STRIVE is a voluntary day treatment program geared to meet the needs of youth experiencing mental health challenges.

Youth will learn important life skills while working on their high school credits at their own pace and level
Works with youth to build the skills necessary to re-enter the mainstream school system when ready
Youth will work with a Therapist to identify goals and engage in mental health treatment
The program includes; outreach, education remediation, life skill development and crisis intervention if required

Hours	Mon-Fri 8 am-3:30 pm Central Intake hours: Mon-Thu 9 am-8 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm Dates: Sep-Jun
